Marc heads the Luxembourg corporate practice. He specialises in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities and stock exchange-related work, takeovers and joint ventures. He has more than 25 years of experience advising clients across all sectors, particularly financial institutions, private equity, insurance, energy, communications, media and technology.
Marc is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM), the American Business Association of Luxembourg, the Business Association Luxembourg – Russia, the Luxembourg Banking Lawyers Association (ALJB), the International Bar Association (IBA) and a founding member of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association. He is also a board member of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and a member of the training committee of the Luxembourg Directors' Institute (ILA).
Marc acted from 2000 to 2008 as Managing Partner of the Luxembourg office of Allen & Overy. He is currently the Senior Partner of Allen & Overy Luxembourg.
