Lisa is the Head of our Nordic desk and is based in the London corporate department. Her practice focuses on corporate finance and general corporate work related to the Nordic region. Lisa has wide experience of private M&A and capital markets transactions, particularly cross-border transactions and transactions involving Nordic entities, both from working in private practice in Sweden and England, and as general counsel for a Swedish multinational.
