Advising Reliance Industries on its USD7.2bn sale to BP of interests in 23 Indian production sharing contracts and related upstream joint operating agreements and the establishment of a marketing joint venture.
Advising a Crown corporation on its acquisition of Shell's upstream interests in the Corrib field and its processing facilities in Ireland together with the Crown corporation's joint venture arrangements with Vermillion Energy.
