Jay is head of the U.S. litigation practice at Allen & Overy LLP. He has broad-based general commercial litigation experience, representing leading investment and commercial banks, multinational corporations, hedge funds, and individual directors and officers. Jay specializes in two primary areas of concentration: real estate finance litigation and corporate litigation including class action, corporate governance, internal investigations, regulatory and general commercial litigation.

The U.S. litigation and real estate practices are ranked among the top firms in the United States by Chambers USA and Legal 500 USA.
