Francesca Croci

Francesca has been involved in several transactions concerning the acquisition, disposal, corporate reorganisation and restructuring of national and international companies as well as in assistance on general corporate and commercial matters. She advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds, listed and private companies, operating in a variety of sectors such as industrial, manufacturing, medical, food and hotel sector.

Francesca has been included in Law.com International’s Private Equity Rising Stars 2023, which highlights the top 25 up-and-coming private equity lawyers aged under 40 in the U.K. and Continental Europe.
