As well as monitoring key legal developments across jurisdictions, she collects data and provides unique know-how to clients seeking to operate employment law policies and employee benefit plans on a cross-border basis. She has developed our online cross-border guides on restrictive covenants and restructuring, and has conducted surveys on financial sector pay reform and European Works Councils.
