Fabian has extensive experience in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and real estate, and equity capital market transactions, with a particular focus in the financial institutions, funds / asset management and insurance and reinsurance sectors. He has considerable experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, be it on the buyer or seller side. His involvement includes a hands-on approach regarding due diligence as well as share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy in Luxembourg in 2007, Fabian spent ten years in the Allen & Overy Brussels office. He is admitted to the Luxembourg, Brussels and New York Bars and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences in Luxembourg, including recently on M&A trends and shareholders’ agreements under Luxembourg law.
