Edwin is Managing Partner of the Moscow office and global head of the Russia / CIS practice. Edwin has advised extensively on a number of high-profile M&A transactions in Russia and the CIS in a wide range of business sectors including oil and gas, oilfield services, gold mining, financial institutions and manufacturing. He has advised leading international and Russian clients including Accenture, Campari, GlaxoSmithKline, the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation of India, Petropavlovsk, PromSvyazCapital and Schlumberger. Edwin has headed up the Corporate practice in Moscow since 2004. He joined the office in 1997 and became a partner in 2001.
