Duncan has experience in a wide range of domestic and cross border M&A transactions including public and private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and equity issues.
In recent years Duncan has advised on the acquisition, disposal and restructuring of retail and commercial banks, fund and asset managers, global custodians, leasing, factoring, consumer credit and payment servicing businesses and retail and commercial loan portfolios. Duncan has advised financial institutions including GE Capital, Lloyds Banking Group, Royal Bank of Canada, RBC Dexia Investor Services and Standard Chartered Bank.
Duncan also has extensive experience in general M&A outside the financial services sector including CMT, energy and infrastructure transactions.
