David Krischer

David is a senior consultant primarily volunteering on pro bono immigration and refugee matters. He was a partner from 1992 to 2017. He was based in New York and was Managing Partner of the Americas from 2013 to 2017. Previously he was based in London and was the Global Head of the International Capital Markets Group from 2006 to 2014. David also headed the securitization group from its creation in the early 1990s until 2006. He has advised on many of the original landmark securitisation transactions in Europe.
