Christophe was a partner of Allen & Overy Paris for 16 years during which time he advised on a wide variety of banking matters including syndicated loans, real estate financing, acquisition financing and structured financing.

He advised international banks, corporate borrowers and investors on domestic as well as international transactions. Christophe is now a Senior Counsel in the Banking & Finance department of Allen & Overy where he focusses mainly on knowledge management and training. Since 2014, Christophe has been a lecturer at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where he lectures the Banking and Finance practice in the International Business Law Masters programme (Master Professionnel de Droit des Affaires Internationales).
