Carine's broad-based practice includes a wide spectrum of financial transactions, with an emphasis on asset finance and structured finance.
She has extensive experience in ship tax leasing transactions. Carine represents financiers, lessors, lessees and operations in cross-border and structured transactions. She has acted on cross-border and domestic structured transactions, both leasing and debt-based. Transactions structures have included export credit-backed, tax-based structures (including French tax leases and QTE). Carine's experience covers all asset types (ships, aircrafts, rolling stock).
Carine also acts for both lenders and borrowers in cross-border and domestic operations amongst which ECA financings, syndicated loan facilities, and acquisition financing. Carine has also been involved in restructurings.
