Amanda is a counsel in the Johannesburg office. She has significant experience advising both borrowers and creditors across general finance, debt restructuring, preference share funding, leverage and acquisition financing.

Amanda also has a tax qualification enabling her to advise clients holistically in respect of finance, preference shares and debt restructure transactions. Amanda is currently rated by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star. Amanda also has experience advising sovereign wealth funds, family offices and pension funds on their investment arrangements.
