London International Disputes Week

04 April 2019

Allen & Overy is proud to support the London International Disputes Week (LIDW) on 7 - 10 May 2019.

The programme of 18 interactive sessions and networking events offers many and varied opportunities to hear leading experts discuss London's unique role in the resolution of international disputes and also network with colleagues from around the world.

A&O will be taking part in a range of events throughout the programme, and will be hosting the Insolvency disputes – to Brexit and beyond session on 9 May. This session will be chaired by Litigation partner Andrew Denny, and will assess the future for international insolvency disputes in the English and Welsh courts, regardless of the outcome of the Brexit process. Restructuring partner Jennifer Marshall will be on the panel alongside Catherine Addy QC (Maitland Chambers), David Allison QC (South Square), Sarah Clarke (Hardwicke Chambers), Alex Fox (Penningtons Manches), Jennifer Marshall (Allen & Overy) and Mr Justice Zacaroli.
