European Court Advocate General speaks on private enforcement of EU competition law at Allen & Overy Warsaw dinner

​Professor Maciej Szpunar, Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union, gave a keynote speech on the private enforcement of EU competition law at a client dinner co-hosted by Allen & Overy Warsaw, together with economic consultancy Compass Lexecon and antitrust review Concurrences, on 12 June 2017.

Antitrust partner Marta Sendrowicz, who heads Allen & Overy's antitrust CEE practice, and IP partner Professor Krystyna Szczepanowska-Kozłowska led from Allen & Overy. Advocate General Szpunar's speech focused on private enforcement and private international law in the era post-implementation of the EU Antitrust Damages Directive.
