Around the world of competition law

As the number of countries with competition laws continues to grow, and companies and directors face increasingly severe sanctions, timely information on the current and next trends in competition law enforcement is essential.  On 3 December our Turkey and Romania associated offices will host seminars on these issues.  Both seminars will hear from Allen & Overy advisers as well as representatives from enforcement agencies, including the European Commission and the Turkish Competition Authority, in-house counsel, international organisations and academic experts. Both seminars will present an opportunity for attendees to enhance their understanding of local and international competition laws when doing business in these countries and farther afield.
