Along with the Sadara sukuk, we have also advised National Medical Care Company on its USD100million IPO on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
We have advised Saudi Electricity Company, as borrower, in relation to a SAR4.1bn facility to finance the purchase of power generation units from General Electric. This was Saudi Electricity Company’s first ECA-backed facility and the lenders included U.S. Export-Import Bank and Canada’s Export Development Credit

Taxi is the best method to go from King Khaled International Airport to our office.
Drive along the Highway going South then take Exit 13 which is the North Ring Road heading West. Then drive West until you reach King Fahad Road which you will exit on to go South. Then drive South until you reach Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahliya)'s exit. At the traffic light, take a left onto Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahliya) so you will be heading East. On the 1st Signal (Olaya Road) drive straight ahead until you see Localizer Centre on your right. Turn right on the entrance and park your car. Enter the Centre and walk to the lifts which are located at the back of the building. Take the lift and press 1st floor and look for Suite F6, which will be on your right when you come out of the elevators.
