Our dedicated Nordic desk provides the full range of legal advice to Nordic and international clients doing business in the region including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets operations, finance, commercial contract and litigation. The desk covers Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and the Baltic States.
We have been active in the region for over 20 years, and have advised on over 500 new matters involving some 20 offices from our international network. This means we provide our clients with real insight and expertise on transactions in the region. We also employ qualified lawyers from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, so our teams include people who speak Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish.
