As part of a continued effort to build an unrivalled footprint across Asia Pacific, Allen & Overy has opened two new offices in Vietnam. Located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, these offices make up an integral part of our network of 11 offices around the region.
Headed by market renowned partner, Dao Nguyen, our Vietnam practice offers both international and Vietnamese law capabilities. We specialise in banking and finance, projects and infrastructure, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and real estate.
