The Gautrain is a high speed rail link between the airport, Sandton, Johannesburg city and Pretoria. The journey from the airport to Sandton takes approximately 15 minutes. It costs ZAR142 from the airport to Sandton station. An Uber will still be required to take you from the Sandton Gautrain to the office, which costs approximately ZAR50 and takes around 10 minutes.
