Nick is Global Co-Head of Debt Finance (Leveraged Finance & Financing Solutions), with over 25 years' experience advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions. 

Having advised on several of the largest acquisition financings in the market, he has a broad-based practice covering leveraged and investment-grade acquisition finance, corporate loans and restructurings. He has previously worked in the Paris and Milan offices.
