Pauline specialises in public contracts (PPP, concessions notably) and projects documents. She assists sponsors and lenders with greenfield and brownfield projects spanning the infrastructure and energy sectors, including airports, rail, telecoms, ports, onshore and offshore wind, solar PV, green hydrogen and battery manufacturing.
Pauline has additional experience in regulatory and environmental issues relate to the energy and TMT sectors. She has developed specific expertise in climate change-related litigation and is involved in pre-litigation and litigation matters before French courts.
