Bolloré on the EUR5.7 billion disposal of Bolloré Africa Logistics to MSC.

Bolloré on its divestment of 100% of Bolloré Logistics to CMA-CGM on the basis of an enterprise value, net of minority interests, of EUR5bn.

Campari Group on its contemplated acquisition of premium Cognac Courvoisier, valuing Courvoisier at USD1.32 billion.

Electra, European specialist in fast charging for electric vehicles, on its third fundraising for an amount of EUR 304M invested by Dutch pension fund PGGM. This is the largest equity fundraising in France, and the second in Europe in the charging sector.
