  • Assisting a multinational manufacturing company in the steel industry on suspension of employment and mass dismissals resulting from the closure of two factories. 
  • Advising a multinational manufacturing company on a collective conflict arising in connection with a premium linked to permanence.
  • Advising T-Systems Iberica, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, on the employment aspects of the sale of Spanish company Eltec.
  • Providing several major international financial institutions and corporates with ongoing labour law assistance in Spain.
  • Advising EQT Infrastructure on the employment aspects of its sale of Spanish off-street car park operator, Parkia, to First State Investments’ managed infrastructure fund (First State) for EUR342 million.
