Yasmin Malik

Associate

Yasmin specialises in intellectual property disputes.

She has a wide range of IP experience and has advised clients on patent litigation in the tech and life sciences sectors, as well as brand protection matters including trade mark and copyright infringement.

With a degree in Biochemistry, she takes a practical approach to understanding the matters she works on and advice she brings to clients.

Yasmin is a member of the Society for Junior Intellectual Property Practitioners (IPSoc).

Experience

Pro bono

Successfully made a discretionary application for British citizenship under section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 to the Home Office on behalf of a minor (project run with Coram Children’s Legal Centre).
