Tzvétomira is a member of the Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (PENRI) group.

She advises sponsors (industrials and funds) and financial institutions (commercial lenders, institutional lenders and DFIs) in France and internationally, in the context of the development and financing of infrastructure, transition energies, transport, and telecommunication projects. She has developed a significant experience in the energy sector.

The borrowers on the financing, the development, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of:

• the 488 MW Iles d’Yeu et de Noirmoutier windfarm comprising 61 wind turbine generators and their associated equipment (April 2023)

• the 496 MW Dieppe Le Tréport windfarm comprising 62 wind turbine generators and their associated equipment (April 2023)

The borrower, an operator and provider of FttH lines, in the context of the strategic partnership between dedicated to the refinancing of the acquisition and commercialization of Irrevocable Rights of Use (IRU) in France.
