Sophie has extensive experience acting for multinational corporations, funds and financial institutions on strategic cross-border disputes. 
Sophie advises clients through the full cycle of issues, ranging from pre-emptive advice through to litigation before the UK courts, with particular experience advising on disputes relating to commercial contacts, loans and derivatives, M&A transactions and joint ventures.
 
 
A large proportion of Sophie’s work is international in scope and she works regularly with counsel in multiple jurisdictions to devise litigation and enforcement strategies that deliver results in line with clients’ objectives. As part of this work, she regularly advises on jurisdiction challenges.
 
 
Sophie has spent time working in the Middle East (based in the firm's Dubai office) and is a fluent Italian speaker, working closely with teams in Italy on a variety of litigation mandates.
