Riccardo’s main area of expertise is corporate law, with particular reference to M&A transactions.
Riccardo advises on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations and restructuring of national and international companies, while also providing assistance on general corporate and commercial matters. He operates with both Italian and international clients, which range from private equity funds, public and private companies, to companies operating in various sectors, such as industrial and manufacturing, tech, and media.
