Pauline specialises in banking and financial regulations.

She advices French and foreign companies (whether from the banking/financial area or other areas such as videogames) on banking, investment, payment, electronic-money and crypto-assets services matters that are relevant to their activities in France. She notably advises companies on the rules (current or forthcoming) applicable to their activities, as well as on the review and negotiation of their contractual documentation.

She also regularly advises on the structuration of funds (notably real estate funds) and any regulatory related topics.
