Nadzar has experience mainly in banking, project finance and corporate commercial law.
He has significant experience in advising foreign and Indonesian lenders on general corporate finance and clients on infrastructure developments, especially toll roads. His corporate commercial law experience include assisting clients in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and providing advisory memorandum on Indonesian legal issues.

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) on the sale of the Medan-Binjai and Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar toll road sections to Indonesia Investment Authority. The Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar toll road is one of the longest in Indonesia, and both sections form part of the Trans-Sumatera Toll Road network.
A state-owned financial institution on equity bridge loans provided to PT Jawa Satu Regas and PT Jawa Satu Power in connection with the construction of the 1,760MW Jawa-1 combined cycle gas turbine power plant and FSRU in Indonesia.
PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on its divestment and investment plans in connection with toll road business entities that are owners of sections in Trans Java toll road.
