Marianne advises on a range of debt and structured finance transactions, including general corporate lending, trade and commodity finance, fund finance and acquisition finance deals, particularly those involving multiple jurisdictions and emerging markets.
She works with major international clients including financial services, energy, industrials, chemicals, technology and many more. Marianne has practiced for over 20 years in three jurisdictions and, besides to banking, she has also experience in a wide range of international commercial and corporate finance transactions in a variety of sectors.
