He has extensive experience in advising banking, fintech companies and investment vehicles in a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, as well as in the implementation of the latest regulatory requirements on the banking prudential framework, banking resolution, investor and client protection as well as market infrastructure, both at European and at national level (e.g. CRD IV/CRR,BRRD, SFDR, SRMR, MiFID II/MiFIR, UCTIS IV and V, AIFMD, PSD II).
