Leeanne Armstrong

Senior Knowledge Lawyer

Prior to joining the firm, Leeanne spent twelve years practising as an employment lawyer, advising employer clients, across the UK, on a various contentious and non-contentious issues.

This included representing clients in employment tribunal litigation covering matters such as unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing. Leeanne also provided advice to clients on the management of internal processes such as disciplinary and grievance investigations, re-structuring exercises (including redundancy and TUPE advice) and senior exits. Leeanne was also involved in the preparation and delivery of know-how updates and training sessions for clients. She also contributed to publications and training for Northern Ireland based learning and development provider, Legal Island, and delivered a lecture to students undertaking a post graduate diploma in employment law, on equal pay.
