Julie advises French and foreign corporate companies, institutional investors or investment funds in connection with their corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, consortium and shareholder arrangements, with a particular focus in the infrastructure, transition energies and telecommunication sectors.
She also assists international clients on group reorganizations and general corporate matters.
