Davide is an Associate in our Corporate department based in Milan. He gained experience in M&A deals, mostly assisting international clients in cross-border transactions, both on buyer and seller side, as well as in other extraordinary transactions, such as mergers, demergers and capital increases.
He further assists Italian companies listed on the market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and leading investment banks, both in relation to ordinary and extraordinary transactions, such as capital increases, public offers of financial instruments and admissions to trading.
