Carla is an Associate in the Corporate department of Allen & Overy in Paris, and is part of the Technology and Data practice.

She is dedicated to information technology, intellectual property and data protection matters.

Carla advises on data protection compliance projects, in particular with regards to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

She also drafts and negotiates complex IT agreements and assists international clients with the digitalization of their activities, including in relation to cybersecurity and data monetization issues.
