Barnabas Kiss

Associate

Barnabas Kiss specialises in Hungarian and EU competition law and general EU law.

In addition to his expertise in various aspects of competition and antitrust law, including cartel and abuse of dominance investigations as well as merger control, he also has experience in consumer protection and civil and administrative litigation matters.

He is also a lecturer at ELTE Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest and pursues PhD studies in that same university in EU law.

Scania on multiple damages claims related to the EU Commission’s 2016 cartel decision related to medium and heavy duty trucks. 

Randstad, a leading global human resource consulting firm on a landmark cartel decision by the Hungarian Competition Authority (Vj/61/2017).
