Andrew is an associate in the Corporate department in London.
Andrew has advised on a range of corporate M&A transactions (from large to small cap), including private equity transactions, joint ventures and public acquisitions across various jurisdictions. In addition to his general expertise in the financial institutions and infrastructure sectors, Andrew has also done a secondment with leading European private equity fund Charterhouse Capital Partners, where he advised on a series of portfolio acquisitions.
