Allen & Overy has advised SWEN Capital Partners on the creation and structuring of its second private-banking focused infrastructure fund, after closing the first vintage at nearly EUR40 million.

The vehicle offers exclusive access to SWEN Capital Partners’ institutional management expertise in infrastructure and renewable energy.

This second vintage will have the distinctive feature of offering access to the SWIFT 2 strategy (SWEN Impact Fund for Transition 2), a European impact strategy dedicated to renewable gas infrastructure (biomethane and green hydrogen).

The Allen & Overy team in Paris was led by partner Antoine Sarailler and counsel Benjamin Lacourt.
