Yasmin Kristina Weber has extensive experience in advising companies and financial investors on national and cross-border private equity and (public and private) M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations as well as on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law.

Prior to joining the firm, Yasmin Kristina worked for international law firms in Frankfurt, Berlin and Hamburg. She gained further professional experience in Leuven (Belgium), New York (USA) and at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany Los Angeles (USA). Yasmin Kristina is admitted as German Rechtsanwältin and attorney-at-law in the State of New York.

Representative matters

DWS Group in connection with the carve-out and sale of its Germany and Luxembourg-based digital investment platform to a joint venture (MorgenFund) and the formation of a long-term strategic partnership with private equity investor BlackFin Capital Partners.

Aermont Capital on the sale of a substantial equity stake in TSH Grafton B.V., a provider of hybrid accommodations across over 25 locations in Europe trading under the name The Social Hub (formerly known as The Student Hotel), to GIC and APG which values the company at EUR2.1bn.

A consortium of infrastructure investors consisting of Allianz Capital Partners, AIP Management and Norges Bank Investment Management on the acquisition of a 49.9% stake in the planned 960 MW offshore wind farm "He Dreiht" from EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG.

Sole shareholder of DIAMOS AG on its acquisition by FNZ, operator of one of the leading global asset management platforms.
