Schroders, the global investment manager, on its acquisition of Algonquin Management Partners, a pan-European hotels investment and management group.

Colony Capital on its acquisition, alongside with sovereign fund Public Investment Fund, GIF and institutional investors Amundi and Predica, of c. 55% of AccorInvest, legal entity gathering AccorHotels real estate activities.

CBRE GI on the sale and leaseback to Société Générale of a prime office building located 132-134 rue de Réaumur, Paris.

Ivanhoé Cambridge since 2013 on the development of the Duo Towers (105,000sqm), designed by star architect Jean Nouvel which will be the first towers erected in Paris since the Tower Montparnasse (1974) located in the quartier Bruneseau (Rive Gauche in Paris).
