Udo is Head of Germany Environmental & Sanctions and Public Law.

Udo is a German bar certified specialist for administrative law (Fachanwalt für Verwaltungsrecht) and advises on commercial administrative law including European and constitutional regulations.
 
His focus is on permitting and planning, environmental, state aid and public procurement matters. Udo has broad experience with international trade laws including sanctions and foreign direct investment screenings.
 
Advising and representing companies, investors and public authorities in administrative and court procedures is a key part of Udo' s practice.
