Toni Graves
Global Head Reward & Wellbeing
Toni joined Allen & Overy in January 2016 as the firm’s global Head of Reward & Wellbeing.
She began her career at PwC where she qualified as a chartered accountant, working with FTSE100 clients in multiple industry sectors. She then decided to pursue a career in HR, initially specialising in compensation and benefits, but later leading global change projects covering other aspects of the people agenda including diversity, resourcing, performance management, employee relations and, most recently, wellbeing in the workplace. Throughout her career, she has advised senior leadership teams, helping them create effective people strategies that drive change and improve performance.
