Sofie specialises in capital markets transactions (including IPOs, rights issues, private placements, and block trades), private and public M&A, joint ventures, complex restructurings, and other corporate transactions.

Sofie has extensive experience in advising Belgian and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, including company law, financial law, market abuse and corporate governance, across a wide range of sectors.

She is a member of the Belgian ESG and sustainability team.
