Silvia is Head of Spain Employment.

She is an expert in providing strategic advice to both national and international companies on labour law matters. She stands out especially for her extensive experience and involvement in business reorganisation processes and collective bargaining in general, as well as regularly advising multinational companies on complex litigation and strategic employment aspects relating to large commercial transactions.

Silvia is also a mediator at the SIMA Foundation, where she intervenes as such for the extrajudicial resolution of collective labour disputes affecting state-wide or multinational companies. Currently, she also co-directs and teaches in the High Specialisation Course in Labour Law Advice for Companies at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University. With 25 years’ experience, Silvia is considered one of the leading employment lawyers in the country by the most prestigious legal directories such as Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers, Who's Who Legal and Acritas.
