Sarah Capella

Senior Associate

Sarah’s areas of practice are international capital markets transactions, private debt and project finance.

She provides assistance on a wide range of financing transactions, including MTN and ECP programme establishments, maintenance and drawdowns, standalone public offers and private placements of bonds, infrastructure and acquisition finance transactions, as well as liability management exercises.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah gained in-house experience with a leading asset manager and as international corporate counsel of a leading global luxury goods group.
