Sampada is an associate in the U.S. Corporate Finance Group in London. Sampada specializes in high yield bonds and leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, restructurings and liability management. She also regularly advises issuers, financial sponsors and investment banks on other capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, high yield and investment grade bond offerings under Rule 144A, Regulation S and other private placement transactions and U.S. securities law matters.
