Sam has substantial experience in the areas of corporate acquisitions, foreign direct investments and general corporate matters.
He has been involved in structuring direct investments, joint venture deals and drafting acquisition transaction agreements. He also has deep knowledge in the fields of mining, plantation and competition law.
