Randal Weeks

Consultant

Randal has over 20 years’ experience advising on restructurings at all levels of the capital structure. 
He is described in Chambers 2021 as a “seasoned practitioner” who is both "a very articulate and constructive individual" and "a really good and really bright lawyer". Randal brings a wealth of strategic experience and solutions orientated thinking to any complex restructuring situation and also has extensive experience in advising on listed company restructurings.
