Rachel is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial Group.

She trained at the firm gaining experience in the Litigation, Competition and Projects departments. Rachel has been on secondment to the Paris office where she worked in the International Arbitration team.

Rachel has experience in a range of international disputes including investment treaty and commercial arbitration and English litigation proceedings covering commercial disputes, competition litigation, public law challenges and a private prosecution. Her most recent experience includes advising:

An agricultural association in its application to be joined as an interested party to UK judicial review proceedings.

The Visa Europe Member Representative in relation to active proceedings which have been brought against Visa by a number of retailers in the UK. The retailers are challenging the default interchange fee (MIF) set by Visa on the grounds it is anti-competitive and constitutes a restriction of competition by object and/or effect.

A private UK company in relation to a private prosecution A listed UK company on LCIA proceedings which relate to oil exploration in Tanzania.
