She trained at the firm gaining experience in the Litigation, Competition and Projects departments. Rachel has been on secondment to the Paris office where she worked in the International Arbitration team.

The retailers are challenging the default interchange fee (MIF) set by Visa on the grounds it is anti-competitive and constitutes a restriction of competition by object and/or effect.
